I unfortunately had a really negative experience at this hotel. The initial impression was quite poor with a rundown reception area and unpleasant odors. My room was in dire need of cleaning and maintenance, leading me to check out early. The only positive was that I received a refund after expressing my concerns, but the overall value for money was very disappointing.

I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. While the staff were super nice and provided great customer service, the room itself was a huge letdown. The location was decent, close to shops and the beach, but the overall upkeep and cleanliness left much to be desired. Unfortunately, I wouldn't choose to return here.

I had high hopes for my stay, but it turned out to be a mixed experience. While the friendly staff and spacious room with a lovely balcony view were definite highlights, I was disappointed by the cleanliness and the overall tired state of the accommodation. The location was fantastic, making it convenient to explore the area, but the need for a refurb was evident. I might consider returning for the value, but only if improvements are made.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great, close enough to Surfers Paradise and the beach, which was a plus. However, the service from the staff was unfriendly and the room was not in great shape, with a hard mattress and dirty carpets. The value for money was questionable given the issues I encountered.
Rooms

I had high hopes for this place, especially when we arrived and saw the freshly painted exterior and beautiful gardens. Unfortunately, once we got to our room, things took a turn for the worse. While the pool area was indeed lovely, the overall condition of our room left much to be desired. The lack of room service during our stay was a huge letdown as well. I wouldn't recommend staying here again without some serious improvements.
Rooms
5.0
The room was quite run-down with a dirty carpet and broken furniture, giving it a dated look. It was clean but desperately needs an upgrade, especially furniture-wise.
Service
5.0
The receptionist wasn't very welcoming, and when I brought up the issues with the room, their response was underwhelming, as they just suggested I take a picture and send it to them.
Location
7.0
The location is convenient and close to various attractions, but the hotel itself feels like it's lost its charm.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was pretty basic and could use a serious overhaul. The plastic cutlery made it even less enjoyable.
Facilities
6.0
The pool area was nice and well-kept, which was a highlight of our stay, but other amenities felt cheap and poorly maintained.
