Paradise Island Resort, Gold Coast

I unfortunately had a really negative experience at this hotel. The initial impression was quite poor with a rundown reception area and unpleasant odors. My room was in dire need of cleaning and maintenance, leading me to check out early. The only positive was that I received a refund after expressing my concerns, but the overall value for money was very disappointing.

I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. While the staff were super nice and provided great customer service, the room itself was a huge letdown. The location was decent, close to shops and the beach, but the overall upkeep and cleanliness left much to be desired. Unfortunately, I wouldn't choose to return here.
